Accomplished professionals who stepped in — not to advise from a distance, but to work alongside Southeast Asia’s grassroots enterprises. Here’s who they are and what they brought.

Myung Jin Kim
Myung Jin is a designer, artist, and educator with over 28 years of teaching experience, most of it at Samsung Art and Design Institute in Seoul. Her work spans graphic design, multimedia art, and human-centered creative practice — exhibited across Korea, Germany, Japan, the United States, Canada, and beyond.
With EMAS, she works with Enterprise Builders on branding, visual identity, and design thinking — bringing both the rigor of a design educator and the eye of a practicing artist to the work.

“I was deeply impressed by the rich Balinese culture and the kindness of the people — and it was rewarding to see that our efforts could make a real difference.”

Wendy Lee
Wendy has spent more than 20 years in accounting and finance — at Ernst & Young, Standard Chartered Bank, and DBS Bank — and has in recent years built a parallel practice in organizational learning, leadership mentoring, and coaching.
With EMAS, she works with Enterprise Builders on costing, pricing, and financial decision-making, functioning less as an advisor and more as a thinking partner.
“My interactions with the Enterprise Builders and the EMAS core team have been inspiring, soulful, and edifying.”

Minh Vo
Minh holds a PhD in organizational behavior and draws on consulting experience at Bain & Company. He works with founder-driven companies on people and organizational challenges.
With EMAS, he works with Enterprise Builders and the EMAS team on program design, identity, and relationship-building — thinking through what a well-structured accompaniment program needs to hold.
“I was expecting Bali to be a tourist’s destination. What I found was a vast ecosystem of entrepreneurs hustling to build things.”

Jason Brenek
Jason has launched or led business operations in more than 70 countries. His career spans Bain & Company, The Walt Disney Company, Deloitte, and IMAX Corporation, where he built partnerships with large multinationals and emerging companies alike. He most recently founded and served as CEO of MetaMedia, a global technology platform. He holds an MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School and currently serves on several international boards, including IYUNO.
He is currently supporting Enterprise Builders remotely and will be in Bali in July with his son, Beck.

Beck Brenek
Beck is studying Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a Minor in International Business Studies at Texas State University. He is active in the Finance Management Association and the Entrepreneurship Club, and has traveled extensively across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
After an extended trip through Southeast Asia with his father, he felt called to return — not as a visitor, but to work directly alongside Enterprise Builders. He joins Jason in Bali in July.
